Ring Sizing & Jewelry Repair
On-site ring re-sizing, jewelry repairs, and restorations by our in-house master jeweler. Due to our long-standing reputation & quality of work, we perform hundreds of repairs a month. Our typical turn-around time is 2-4 weeks, with rush services available. We offer complimentary inspections & quotes while you wait (we cannot give estimates over the phone).

Pearl Stringing
All pearl stringing is done on site. Pearls are usually strung securely with silk & hand-knotted between each bead to avoid abrasion & prevent loss if the string should break. If your pearls seem to “travel” loosely on the thread or if the thread has discolored, it is time to have them restrung. Heavier pearls may need to be restrung more often. Pearls worn frequently may need to be restrung annually.
Jewelry Inspection & Cleaning
Jewelry should be professionally inspected & cleaned at least twice a year, more often if you are hard on your fine jewelry. We can clean & inspect while you wait.
Jewelry Appraisal
Our appraiser is a GIA Graduate Gemologist & Certified Member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers. With two additional GIA Graduate Gemologists on staff, we can provide official appraisal documentation as well as informal valuations according to your needs. See this page for more details.
