Diane Caldwell Chesler
MA, GIA GG, CM (NAJA)
Appraiser, Geologist, and Gemologist, Diane received her Gemologist Certification through the Gemological Institute of America. Diane has an extensive background including microscopic analysis of diamond slices detecting unusual inclusions in diamonds from various diamond mines in South Africa and Botswana. She is also trained as a diamond sorter of rough diamonds.
Diane has more than fifty years’ experience in the jewelry industry. Additionally, she is a Board member at large of the Women’s Jewelry Association, Member of the Searchers Gem and Mineral Society, and Member of the Santa Lucia Rockhounds.
In her free time, Diane is a collector of rocks and minerals and has an elaborate collection of African rocks, minerals and gems.
