Either way, we make the design process simple & FUN!
We'll start by looking at your favorite photos, trying on pieces in the store, & taking scrupulous notes, based on all your wants, needs & your lifestyle.
After this free, no obligation first visit, should you feel comfortable & decide to move forward, we then require a $250 design deposit.
This deposit covers shipping + insurance, should we need to reach out to our gemstone cutter friends to bring in center stone options for you to choose from.
It also covers the CAD (computer aided design) which is a detailed image of all the elements you have decided upon, expertly rendered into multi-view images.
The $250 deposit is then applied to your final purchase.
You'll be involved every step of the way, able to make as many changes as you'd like, until we're sure it will become your dream piece of jewelry.
On average, for a semi-custom, or full-custom design, the process takes anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks, with many different factors playing into the timeframe.
The most common timeframe is around 6 weeks.
We always do our best to work within your ideal timeframe.
